The Trail Blazers is a group of volunteers who are interested in doing trail work during week days rather than on weekends. Another purpose for this group is to be able to pass on the skills of trail maintenance and development to new volunteers and trail workers. The big component of the group is getting out on the trail to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow trail workers and just have some fun while doing the work. We try to organize the work load so that it is not too onerous. The Trail Blazers meet on the first Thursday of every month starting on May 6th and going through to October. We meet at Hockleycrest farm (Em. # 933445) on the east side of Airport Road about 3.5 km north of highway 9 and Mono Mills.
