storage for club tools and the Christmas tree sales from their property are a major annual fundraiser for the club. Dave has played a number of key volunteer roles in the BTC and is currently the Land Securement Secretariat. It was at Dave's pushing that the BTC acquired the Hemlock Ridge property even stepping up with Sally as “white knights” purchasing the property with the understanding that the BTC would in turn purchase a portion from them. On behalf of all hikers who enjoy the Bruce Trail, our club presented Dave, Sally and children with our Landowner Appreciation Certificate at the South Hockley reroute grand opening celebration in September 2009. Dave and Sally, we really appreciate everything that you. |
